Terms of use

PoštoPiće is a free site that shows drink prices from publicly displayed menus of venues in Serbia, with the date of every reading. By using the site you accept these terms.

What you can do freely

Use the site freely for personal, non-commercial purposes: browse, compare, save and share links. You may quote an individual data point, for example the price of a coffee at one venue, anywhere, with attribution to PoštoPiće (postopice.rs) and a link to the page it came from.

Open files

We publish part of the data as open files: prices.json, prices.csv, answers.json and llms-full.txt (the cheapest drink per category at each venue, plus aggregate statistics). Those files are licensed under CC BY 4.0, so you may use them, commercially too, with clear attribution to PoštoPiće (postopice.rs). No other part of the site is covered by that license.

The database and bulk extraction

The entire PoštoPiće database, meaning all menus, items, prices, categories, descriptions, history and structure, is protected by the database maker's right under the Copyright and Related Rights Act of the Republic of Serbia. Without our prior written permission it is not allowed to:

• extract or re-use a substantial part of the database, in any form or volume beyond the open files;
• collect data from the site systematically or automatically (scraping and similar), other than ordinary search engine indexing;
• build your own database, product or service from our data, or resell or pass the data to third parties;
• train AI models on the site's content beyond the open files.

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to index and cite the site with attribution. These terms apply to everyone: individuals, media, companies and tools.

Data for companies

If you need complete or custom exports, for example every price of a given brand, category or packaging per venue, with history and regular refreshes, write to us at pitaj@postopice.rs. We deliver those under a license agreement, for a fee that keeps the site free for everyone else.

Accuracy of the data

We transcribe prices faithfully from their sources, and every price carries its reading date. A price is a historical snapshot: we do not guarantee it is still the same today, that a menu is complete, or that a venue is still open. The only binding price is the one at the venue itself. Rankings are always computed from the data and are never paid or sponsored.

Liability

You use the site at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoštoPiće is not liable for damage arising from using the site, relying on the data, or being unable to access the site.

For venue owners

Prices a venue displays publicly are public information under the law, so publishing them is legitimate consumer information. If something about your venue is wrong or outdated, tell us via the Tell us something button or at pitaj@postopice.rs and we will fix it quickly, free of charge. We answer every written request about content within two working days.

Your submissions

When you send us a menu photo, a correction or a suggestion, you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it to verify, enter and display data on the site, free of charge. Do not send other people's personal data.

Everything else

We may change these terms; the current version always lives on this page, with its date of change. The law of the Republic of Serbia applies; the courts of Belgrade have jurisdiction. If anything is unclear, write to us at pitaj@postopice.rs.
